Meet Morgan
Morgan Holden is a New York-based dance educator, performer, and choreographer originally from Maryland. She graduated from Hofstra University in 2025 with a BFA in Dance and has four years of teaching experience. Her diverse training includes Ballet (Royal Academy of Dance and Cecchetti syllabi) and Modern (Limón, Graham, Horton, and Cunningham techniques), in addition to Contemporary, Jazz, and Improvisation. Her performance credits span a range of professional Modern and Contemporary works, as well as appearances with The Harlem Globetrotters and in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
As an Educator, Morgan is dedicated to cultivating inclusive, inspiring environments where dancers feel supported in developing their artistry, confidence, and technical abilities. She believes that dance should adapt to each individual rather than the other way around— emphasizing healthy technique, injury prevention, and the unique strengths each dancer brings to the classroom. Committed to lifelong learning, Morgan continually pursues professional development opportunities to strengthen her teaching practice while continuing to grow as a dancer and artist herself. Through her teaching, she strives to foster creativity, meaningful connections, and a lifelong appreciation for movement, ensuring every dancer has the opportunity to grow, thrive, and discover their potential.
